Beginnings
Seven years ago, Debbie Cartledge and her partner were like many new investors, young, eager, excited and ready to take the investing world by storm. After reading books, attending seminars and hearing the success stories of other property investors, they dedicated themselves to building a property portfolio that would allow them to retire early with a comfortable passive income stream.
Just starting out, they needed to find an avenue within their purchasing means, and this lead them to property opportunities in regional Australia. What they discovered about property outside major metropolitan areas has shaped their property investing.
Less than two years later, Debbie's passion for regional property culminated in Australian House Hunters.
Today
Debbie's belief and passion in regional Australia has seen Australian House Hunters established for over five years as Australia's leading regional buyer's agent. Driven by the lack of information available to buyers about these markets, Australian House Hunters has built an essential onside team for buyers.

Debbie is the driving force behind Australian House Hunters. With a degree in business and a licensed buyer's agent, Debbie heads up the research department, and works one-on-one with investors sourcing and negotiating property.

Shona Blackwell : Sales Administration Manager
Shona started with Australian House Hunters within a year of it's conception. A passionate property investor herself, she now heads up our administration department, and works with investors at the initial stages of using a buyer's agent.

Tony Tawse : Property Inspector
Tony started with Australian House Hunters in 2008. Coming from an investing background himself, Tony is the on the ground inspector, bringing his wealth of knowledge of investment property and regional areas to your desktop with his expert DVD inspections of properties.
